Please read this document carefully before completing your Hello Reach Spotlight registration.

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Hello Reach Business Spotlight program. By completing registration and subscribing, you ("Subscriber") agree to the terms set forth herein with Hello Reach LLC ("Hello Reach"), located at 2001 L St. NW, Fl 5, Washington, DC 20036.
The Hello Reach Business Spotlight is a paid promotional placement service. Depending on your selected plan, your business will be featured in Hello Reach's weekly B2B campaign email distributions, which reach 10,000+ business contacts. Features may include your business logo, bio, website link, and optional social media promotion.
Billing is processed automatically via Stripe on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
What Hello Reach guarantees: Hello Reach guarantees that your business will be featured in campaign emails distributed to a network of 10,000+ B2B contacts, in accordance with your selected plan. This includes your logo, business bio, and website link (Standard and above), priority placement (Premium), and social media promotion where applicable. Hello Reach is responsible for delivering this distribution faithfully and on schedule.
What Hello Reach does not guarantee: While Hello Reach guarantees distribution and exposure, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
Subscriber acknowledges that lead follow-through, conversions, and business outcomes depend on factors entirely outside Hello Reach's control — including the Subscriber's product or service quality, pricing, market conditions, and the independent decisions of third-party recipients. Hello Reach is not responsible for the actions or inactions of email recipients following distribution.
All payments made to Hello Reach are final and non-refundable. This includes:
Subscriber may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for time remaining in a paid period.
In the event of a billing error by Hello Reach, a refund may be issued at Hello Reach's sole discretion upon written request submitted within 7 days of the erroneous charge.

By submitting business content (logos, descriptions, website links) for Spotlight placement, Subscriber grants Hello Reach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the sole purpose of delivering the Spotlight service, including in email campaigns and social media posts (Premium plan).
Subscriber may cancel their Spotlight subscription at any time by contacting Hello Reach at support@helloreach.org or through their account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle Subscriber to a refund of any amounts already paid.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Reach's total liability to Subscriber for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Subscriber in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Hello Reach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
Hello Reach reserves the right to modify this Agreement, pricing, or service features at any time with 14 days' notice provided via email to the address on file. Continued use of the Spotlight service after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By clicking the checkbox labeled "I have read and agree to the Subscriber Agreement" during the Spotlight Signup checkout process, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms of this Agreement, including the No Refund Policy and No Performance Guarantee provisions.
