These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hello Reach LLC's ("Hello Reach") website and Business Spotlight subscription service. By accessing our website or subscribing to any Hello Reach service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Hello Reach provides B2B promotional services through the Business Spotlight program, which places participating businesses in front of Hello Reach's email distribution network of 10,000+ business contacts. Services are subscription-based and billed monthly or quarterly depending on the selected plan.
To subscribe to the Business Spotlight, you must:
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Hello Reach immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Hello Reach reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these provisions, without refund.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Hello Reach to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your Spotlight placement. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. See the Subscriber Agreement for the complete No Refund Policy.
All content, branding, and technology on the Hello Reach website and platform (excluding Subscriber-submitted content) are the property of Hello Reach LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Subscriber retains ownership of submitted business content. By submitting content, Subscriber grants Hello Reach a limited license to use such content to deliver the Spotlight service.
HELLO REACH GUARANTEES DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT TO ITS B2B EMAIL NETWORK OF 10,000+ CONTACTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR SELECTED PLAN. BEYOND THIS DISTRIBUTION GUARANTEE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." HELLO REACH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACTIONS, RESPONSES, OR PURCHASING DECISIONS OF EMAIL RECIPIENTS, NOR ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, LEAD VOLUME, OR RETURN ON INVESTMENT RESULTING FROM SPOTLIGHT PARTICIPATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLO REACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SPOTLIGHT SERVICE, EVEN IF HELLO REACH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
HELLO REACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Reach LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Hello Reach is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Hello Reach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
Hello Reach may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
